Derr Designs, Columbus Ohio Web Design Company,is excited to now offer a “Live Chat Help Desk” as a new service to its customers. With the help of a third party application, a Live Help Desk will allow a business to chat with customers online. This type of service allows possible or existing customers to contact the company directly and very quickly with questions they have. This service was recently launched on the staff intranet for the Jerome Schottenstein Center Event Services Department. Staff are able to efficiently and quickly ask the compay’s management team questions or give feedback.
